Custom-designed stationery isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. Every wedding is unique; situations and requirements are all different. We know the primary goal of your wedding invitations, at the very minimum, is to get your guests to your wedding.

During our introductory call, you can share some brief details about what you have in mind for your wedding invitations so that we can better understand your vision and ensure we're a great fit.
After our consultation, you will receive a proposal of services outlining your specific needs discussed during our call. You will also receive a complimentary customized wedding invitation timeline, essential to your invitation planning puzzle.

Investment
A retainer is required to place your project into our design and production schedule. Couples who invest in our wedding invitation experience spend an average of $1,975 for 75 custom-designed, assembled, and mailed wedding invitations. Our designs are printed on luxury premium paper and include fully addressed envelopes (our signature invitation planning services and design fee included), assembly, mailing, and postage.
75 wedding invitations can usually accommodate a guest list of 110.
We collaborate on your invitation project for 6-9 months, depending on your wedding date and if your project with us involves Save-the-Dates.
We have multiple packages and printing options available to include exclusive RSVP follow-up, concierge services, and more.
Getting Started
Upon booking, you'll have your very own full-service wedding stationer in your corner, celebrating with you and working to create designs to illustrate the best day ever while providing the ultimate experience; your guests will feel it, too.
We kick off by implementing your customized timeline so we can work on a schedule and, most importantly, you can finally relax. You'll have access to your Personalized Stationery Lounge with all the necessary resources.
Your experience with RBW Stationery will last about 6-9 months, depending on your needs and your wedding date, and when you add RBW Stationery to your Wedding Dream Team.
